5:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Launch from:     Blue Water Riverwalk, North pebble beach (in front of YMCA)

Restaurant:        Junction Buoy

We will be paddling downriver in the St. Clair River from the Blue Water River Walk to the Marysville Kayak Launch.  The water trail is about 2 hours long, and we will be escorted by St. Clair County Sheriff Marine Patrol officers on jet skis.  Marysville Fire Department will also have a safety boat on hand. Along the way we will hear about the history of the area and learn some interesting facts about the local ecosystem!   Blue Water Transit will be shuttling us back to our vehicles at the BWRW, then we will meet at the Junction Buoy for dinner.

No SUP's allowed on this paddle.  You must have a 12 foot sealed bulkhead kayak.

Note:  A certified paddle guide will be leading each event on the water. Children 6-17 years old must be attended by a parent, no children under 6 years old allowed at the event.  Don’t forget your hat, sunscreen and non-alcoholic beverage!  Life jackets must be worn on all waterways.  There is no rain-out alternate date; we will paddle unless the weather involves lightening.  Each event is capped out at 33 participants.  The $10 fee is non-refundable.  Kayak rentals are available to reserve at registration, below.
